Optimal efficiency and complete inventory control are the benefits of our sophisticated bar-code labeling and tracking technology.  Each stored container is bar-coded, as are all individual files that are accessed.  Monthly activity reports are provided.

Dependable, prompt pick-up and delivery
For your convenience, we offer both scheduled deliveries or by call.  Calls received before 11 a.m. will be delivered the next day.

Rush Order Delivery Service
For times of urgent need when you require fast unscheduled delivery service, we can provide guaranteed 2 hour rush delivery service during normal business hours.
(Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)

Records Destruction
A monthly Scheduled for Destruction management report is printed and forwarded for review.  Upon authorization, we perform secure destruction of the records and provide a Certificate of Destruction for your records.
